✉️ Cancellations & Replacements

✅ Free Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production hasn't started. Simply email us at care@soworn.com.

✅ Free Replacements If:

• The item arrives with a printing error (our fault)
• The item is damaged (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

 

❌ What We Cannot Accept

We are unable to offer returns or exchanges in these cases:

• Once production has started (after 24 hours)
• If the wrong size or color was chosen by mistake
• If the item was damaged due to misuse or improper care

Instead of returning, consider sustainable alternatives:

• Gift or resell through your community
